J Mega’s focus was not just on maximizing the number of shops, but on enhancing their value through visibility and accessibility, without compromising the security of the bank. We developed a T-shaped layout that allows easy access from both the street and the main road. This design accommodates 30 retail stores, ranging from 10 sqm to 25 sqm, all with clear visibility from the road. The bank was strategically positioned at street level for effective security management, while the ATM was placed to conveniently serve both shoppers and passersby.
