Profile
Having previously worked with different organization in several states in Nigeria, Ahmed has worked on a wide range of projects in Nigeria, which includes master plans, institutional and residential buildings with a wide consideration for sustainable design solutions and impact with the relative global climes.
Ahmed is a humanitarian that dedicates his life outside of architecture to community service, impact making and nation building having hosted different seminars and road-walk on mental health and its impact in society.
Education
Ahmed received his Master’s degree in Architecture from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo university Ile-ife, Nigeria. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture at the same university, having also studied Architectural technology at federal polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun state.
Experience Overview
With over 14 years in the construction industry, he was privileged to have contributed to so many projects across the country by working with multi-national construction companies. He started his construction career working as a site engineer with Costain West Africa PLC, handling 14-floor high-rise buildings for residential in Port-Harcourt, Rehabilitation, and expansion of Stacking areas in NPA Port-Harcourt. Construction of Dangote Cement factory in Ibese, till he rose to the level of a Project Manager in other establishments.
Other companies he has worked and also partnered with are Parthenon Acropolis Ltd, AIM Consultants, Energobuilding Nig. Ltd and Business Contracting Limited. Working on projects like the construction of Lecture theatres, Road construction in 14 Local Government Area in Zamfara state, 12-storey building (Alliance Place Ikoyi), 14-storey building (Cornerstone Lekki), Factory and Warehouses for FMCG.
